INSTRUCTIONS

• 2.2-4.4 lb : 1/8 to 1/4 cup daily.
• 4.4-6.6 lb : 1/4 to 3/8 cup daily.
• 6.6-11 lb : 3/8 to 1/2 cup daily.
• 11-13 lb : 1/2 to 5/8 cup daily.
